- SoftWash Roof 3 Year Warranty: This process involves using a cleaning solution that will kill all mold, algae, fungus, and bacteria on the roof. The first part of the process will be cleaning out valleys, blowing loose debris off the roof and then cleaning gutters before application of SoftWash solution. Second year come back blow off roof, check gutters and spot treat roof if needed ($ set price). Third year, repeat same service as year two ($ set price). The SoftWash will be noticed right away, but the process can take up to 6-9 months for everything to die and dissolve. ***Warranty transferrable***
